Dublin Dog has come up with a line of innovative, stylish polymer dog collars that don’t absorb moisture, retain dirt or harbour bacteria. So when you take Fido (or in my case, Scruff) out on the trail and he invariably goes for a muddy dip, the collar isn’t going to make the house pong when he gets home and it starts to dry (like a lot of cloth collars do). Dublin Dog collars look great too (the manufacturer says they match the personality of every pet). Scruff chose a lime green one with a skull and crossbones motif – perfect for Halloween. They’re reasonable too – from about 12 quid for an extra-small collar. (NOTE: they ship from the U.S.A.)
