Product
Dr Bronner's Magic Soap
Promise
Invented by the eccentric peacenik - and soap maker - Dr Emanuel Bronner in 1948, this vegetable-based soap is an organic blend of natural oils that can clean anything - teeth, body, hair, clothes, even your pots and pans.
Performance
It's got some wild claims - use this soap and help world peace? But when it comes down to business it's brilliant at its job. Just taking one bottle of this away with you on a trip saves you the hassle of bringing separate soap, shampoo, washing up liquid - and yes, even toothpaste. The peppermint flavour is pleasant enough in the mouth, though the smooth texture is quite strange to get used to after abrasive toothpastes. People with sensitive teeth and gums will probably love it!
Verdict
We can't recommend this product enough - it comes on all WideWorld expeditions both large and small - they even do a 100ml bottle that's fine to take on flights.
