Clark Little was born in California in 1968, but he says a move to the north shore of Hawaii two years later changed his future. Little was a surf pioneer in the '80s and '90s but within just a few years of living on the island, he had also started making a name for himself with his wave photography.
Little's work has appeared in everything from Paris Match to Surfer’s Journal.
He says it all started after his wife asked him for a picture of the ocean to decorate their bedroom wall. He grabbed a camera, jumped in the ocean, and starting snapping away recording the beauty and power of Hawaiian waves for all to enjoy.
This set has been doing the rounds recently (try all the way around the globe) as email 'forwards'. So we got in touch with Little to see if we could show readers of WideWorld some of his work.
