Product
Primus EtaPackLite Stove
Promise
An ultra-stable and extremely light little stove
Perfomance
The EtaPackLite sits squat on the ground, surrounded by a collapsible metal windguard that keeps the flames burning as bright as possible and your pan as steady as anything. The pan itself has its own handle and a built-in strainer – and everything, including the gas bottle, fits neatly inside when you’re done. It’s brilliant for lightweight campers who want a larger, stable piece of kit that won’t topple or get damped down by wind, and with a boil time of 90 seconds for 0.5 litres it’s also a pretty safe bet for a cuppa on the move.
Verdict
A no-brainer for campground chefs.
